1. Please read the Exhibitor Invitation Letter in detail. Fill in the Exhibitor Registration Form in the prescribed format and stamp it. Send or fax it to the Organizing Committee together with the valid copy or scanning copy of the Business License (or send it to the Organizing Committee after summarizing by mail to the Organizing and Exhibiting Agency).
 
2. After receiving copies of the Registration Form and Business License for Exhibitors, the Organizing Committee shall conduct the examination of the qualifications for Exhibitors. Written qualification confirmation shall be given to those who meet the requirements of the exhibition.
 
3. Exhibitors should remit the booth fee in full to the designated account of the Organizing Committee within three working days after receiving the stamped Registration Form for Exhibitors, and fax the remittance bill to the Organizing Committee. At the same time, the company or product profiles should be sorted out according to the requirements and sent to the relevant person in charge of the organizing committee.
 
4. After receiving the booth fee paid by the exhibitors, the organizing committee arranges the booth according to the payment sequence and the type of exhibition, and sends the information of the booth confirmation letter and the exhibition guide to the exhibitors.
 
5. Exhibitors shall transport and declare their exhibits in accordance with the manner stipulated in the Exhibition Guide. According to the stipulated time and place, the exhibitor will report to the exhibitor reception office of the Organizing Committee with the copy of the Booth Confirmation Letter and the remittance bill, and receive the Exhibitor's Certificate to enter the exhibition hall.
